All non-food rentals are subject to a $20 clean-up deposit. The deposit will be kept if trash isn’t removed or the area is damaged. If the use of food or drink is discovered you will also forfeit your clean-up deposit.

  • A $9 cancellation fee will be applied (the remainder will be refunded)
  • $10 credit to renters for referring others to Southern Dot Rentals (new renters from referrals will also receive a $5 discount)
